RS+S operates an energy control station which is also available via the internet. The operation of its heat technology equipment is monitored and optimized with this control station.
The integrated recording of log data of the installed DDC technology is the main tool of energy savers. The success of energy-saving measures can thus already be read before the accounting period is finished.

We support housing associations with remote monitoring of domestic service facilities. If one window is broken, you only have to deal with one occupant; if the heating is defective, there are 100 angry tenants. This is when you need remote monitoring: It immediately notices any failure before the building has become completely cold.
The remote monitoring of domestic service facilities is managed by RS+S Gebäude Technik 24 hours per day, 8760 hours per year.
The RS+S control station is constantly staffed. Alarm signals and distress messages are received and are dealt with immediately.
In agreement with the customers, their partners for maintenance are involved in eliminating the defect.
