BUILDING AUTOMATION
You receive professional DDC control equipment from us as well as switch cabinets and electric work. A complete measuring and control unit is installed in conjunction with partners in heating and refrigeration technologies, ventilation and air conditioning, sanitation, electronics and fire protection. Programming work is carried out by our own engineers. Professional work is a must for us. BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM A building management system is installed in order to demonstrate technically and visually thermodynamical and regulating processes which ease future operation. This system points out possible motor disruptions as well as maintenance schedules, for example, changing the filter. Energy requirements and use as well as switching-off units to reduce peak capacity can be observed on the display panel. Calculations for energy requirements and use occur within the reliable DDC/PLC systems. The capabilities of RS+S Gebäudetechnik include the set-up of a building management network and corresponding network components, suitable for buildings located in considerable distances. PROJECT-SPECIFIC SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT The programming of our DDC controlling systems is conducted in close consultation with the customers, the planners and the owner of the building. Definitive criteria for the DDC programming are the reliable handling, cost-effective operation as well  as data sheets according to VDI 3814, the existing tender as well as the requests of the parties to the construction project.RS+S programmes the DDC controlling systems and the building management systems of Priva, Wago, Kieback&Peter, Samson, and OpenNetwork. DOCUMENTATION The project documentation is drawn up according to DIN V 32734 and ATV DIN 18386 over the life of the product. MS Office software and AutoCAD are used. The documentation of the switch cabinet is drawn up with EPLAN. A documentation for measuring and control equipment is drawn up with the planning tool TRIC. This way of documentation is conducted according to VDI 3814. In practice we hand over advance documentation via email over the course of the construction process. The final documentation is handed over to the customer via hard copy and CD. |
